In April, EnviTek Kft. performed the high-pressure calibration of two 7.2 m long, 3,200 kg metering line at the Dutch Euroloop calibration station. As part of the project, EnviTek Kft. was responsible for the commissioning of the replacement meters, preparation of the meters for delivery, transportation, calibration and return of the meters. The meters were 8 path, DN400 SICK FLOWSIC-600XT Forte USMs, which had a 10D inlet and 5D outlet spool piece. The calibration was performed at 51 bar(a), connected in series, between Qmax 12,000 m3/h and Qmin 120 m3/h, at 7 test points (Qmax, 70% Qmax, 40% Qmax, 25% Qmax, 10% Qmax, 5% Qmax and Qmin), with 3 repeats and 3 verification points. We tried to choose the verification points among the test points due to the piecewise adjustment method.
After the meters were returned, we started the preparations for the continuation of the project, within the framework of which we will calibrate measuring sections with a SICK FLOWSIC600-XT Forte and a Krohne Altosonic V12.
