In July 2023, we completed the replacement of a gas analyzer and a flowmeter at one of the boiler lines of a domestic power plant. In the scope of the work, we replaced the former EMERSON NGA2000 type gas analyzer with SICK GMS810 modular gas analyzer. It was necessary to adapt the gas paths, but thanks to the 19″ rack design, the implementation was “plug and play”. Based on more than ten years of positive operating experience, we replaced SICK’s previous ultrasonic flowmeter model with the latest FLOWSIC100 unit. Next to the flowmeter, we did the installation of the local display and control unit on the podium level, under a weather protective cover. The training of the power plant’s colleague was also completed. The project was successfully closed!
