First CEMS integration in 2026

The project’s measurement tasks will be implemented with the analyzers from Endress + Hauser (formerly SICK AG) factory. Due to the necessity of measuring ammonia we considered it more cost-effective to cover the task with a hot-extractive system during the project planning, therefore we selected the MCS200HW analyzer. The multi-gas analyzer measures O2, CO, NO, NO2, CO2, SO2, H2O and NH3 gas components. For dust measurement, we selected the SP100 dust monitor which uses the forward light scattering principle. For gas velocity measurement – due to the characteristics of the flue gas channel – the FLOWSIC100 ultrasonic flow meter with a double-sided design will be installed. The scope of delivery also included the implementation of data acquisition and reporting tasks, which is carried out by the Durag Data Systems D-EMS 2020 system. The DAS complies with the EN17255 standard. The system we designed and integrated is expected to provide emission data on an already operating boiler by the end of this year.
